Hello Western New York! You have read and heard far too much about the difficulties here at Flying Bison. All of us at Flying Bison are relieved to be almost done with those events. They occupied time that could have been better spent brewing beer. On behalf of the staff here, I would like to thank all of you for all your kind words and support over these months. You really did pull us through and we thank you.
I am pleased and proud to tell you that Flying Bison Beers are now available fresh on draft at a bar, restaurant or tavern near you. We have been able to work out a partnership situation with the great folks at Matt Brewing Company in Utica, NY. Working together with Matt’s allows us to brew more beer more often and to keep the pipeline full.
The staff at Flying Bison appreciates the opportunity to brew fresh, delicious beer and have it all delivered and consumed within the Western New York area. All of the staff at Flying Bison are committed to brewing great beer every day. We are fortunate to have a large number of locally and independently owned bars, restaurants, and taverns here who believe in and support locally brewed Flying Bison. It’s fun for us to be able to deal directly with the owners of this diverse group of great places.
We couldn’t service all of these great places that carry us without Try-It Distributing. They keep our carefully made beers cold, rotate the stock, and deliver the beer fresh. At the brewery we frequently see kegs shipped out, consumed and returned to us within 7 days. Now THAT’S FRESHNESS! Without the Try-It Distributing commitment to quality of service, the quality of our beer would matter a lot less.
We are especially grateful to the beer drinkers of Western New York who supported us and have welcomed us back into their glasses as their beer of choice. All of us at Flying Bison look forward to seeing you at your favorite beer spot for a fresh, delicious pint of Flying Bison.
