Lindemans Brewery also produces traditional lambics without fruit, blended by hand and known as gueuze - if your sweetheart is an advanced beer hobbyist, try a bottle of Lindemans Cuvée René Gueuze: different aged batches of lambic are blended to taste at the brewery and bottle-conditioned. Cuvée René is tart, dry, and super complex - some age it for years to taste the evolution of flavors.
Founded in 1811, Lindemans Farm Brewery has been family-owned and operated for eight generations.
