Blizzard Bock

Although it’s named after Buffalo’s most famous weather event this beer has nothing in common with the harsh bite of winter. In fact it’s smooth slightly chocolaty flavor helps you forget Jack Frost altogether. German pale and Munich malts form the base flavors with hints of chocolate and caramel. Very soft, floral German hops ease the finish into dryness.

Available November - February.

Caramel Porter

Caramel Porter is a robust, flavorful porter reminiscent of a by-gone era. Monster Ale

Monster Ale is brewed from three mashes of heirloom British malt and spiced with aromatic American Willamette, Cascade and Fuggle hops. After four months of aging, it has a magnificent burnished copper color, an aroma redolent of sherry, citrusy hops and fruit, a soft, warming, complex palate, a spiritous finish, and a strength of 10.8%. It is vivacious when young, but will age gracefully for many years, becoming more complex over time.

Available from December - March.
