Total Beverage Solution operates in all three categories of alcohol distribution: wine, beer, and spirits, and is responsible for bringing some of the world’s most unique alcoholic products to the U.S. market. Founded in 2002, the company’s first sizeable supply contract was Greene King brewers, the producers of Old Speckled Hen and Abbot Ale. According to CEO Pardus, these brands not only represent quality, but each has its own story to tell. Today the portfolio includes such brands as Germany’s Weihenstephan Beer, the world’s oldest brewery; Birra Moretti, The Beer in Italy; Tohu Wines from the Marlborough region of New Zealand, the only Maori-owned wine company; and Edradour Distillery, Scotland’s smallest distillery. It is this sincere appreciation for brand heritage and character that is perhaps the greatest asset to the company and its brands.
Total Beverage Solution’s success is proven and comes from a passionate team equipped with the experience and talent required to launch products, grow distribution, and build consumer recognition. Birra Moretti is a quality beer made in the traditional way. It is the result of a production process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. The best raw materials are used to make Birra Moretti, as well as a special blend of high quality hops that gives it a unique taste and fragrance, enhancing its perfectly balanced bitter taste. Birra Moretti is a bottom fermented beer with a golden color. This coloring is a result of the type of malt used in brewing. Its alcohol content is 4.6% alcohol by volume, a percentage that makes it ideal for any time of day. Birra Moretti La Rossa
Birra Moretti La Rossa is a double malt beer produced using 100% high quality barley malt. This gives it a full, caramelized malt flavor and an intense aroma of roasted malt. Its distinctive amber color originates from the type of malt used when brewing, a special malt which is dried and roasted. Another basic ingredient of this beer is hops. The hops used are a particularly aromatic variety which gives it a uniquely bitter aftertaste and a delicate fragrance. Master brewers suggest drinking this beer with a serving temperature of between 10° and 12° C.

Greene King IPA
IPA stands for India Pale Ale, a particular type of beer that was brewed for export to ex-patriots during the days of the Indian Raj. Unusually large quantities of hops were used in the brewing process of these beers because of their preservative effect, which ensured the beer remained in good condition during the long sea voyage to India.
Greene King IPA has a 100-year history and is now the fastest-selling cask ale in the UK. This is a refreshing and “sessionable” real beer that is often described as being a perfectly balanced ale. It is characterized by the hoppy taste and aroma that comes from the use of Challenger and First Gold hops combined with pale and crystal malts. To this day it embodies all that is best about British beer.

Greene King Old Speckled Hen
Old Speckled Hen was first brewed in Abingdon, Oxfordshire to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the MG car factory. The name is derived from the name “owld speckled un”, a term used to describe an old MG car used as a factory run-around. Over time, this unusual, canvas-covered saloon became covered with flecks of paint and was dubbed the “owld speckled ‘un” by locals. This turned into "Old Speckled Hen" when the beer was unveiled. Old Speckled Hen continues to be appreciated by more and more fans, which are discovering that this crafted English beer is perfect with friends, during a quiet moment of relaxation or as a compliment to a meal.
There are now 15 London “black cabs” sporting distinctive Old Speckled Hen livery. All 15 cabs operate within the area surrounded by the Central underground line- ideal for tourists, residents and business people alike. The cabs have all been painted in Old Speckled Hen’s eye-catching colors and feature the famous fox character, who is always on the hunt for his Hen.
Old Speckled Hen is a great choice for those who enjoy a rich, strong beer to drink. It has a superb rich malty and fruity aroma, and when tasting it you will experience a wonderful warming flavor that is bursting with body. Malty (malt loaf) toffee flavors from the pale and crystal malts combine with bitterness on the back of the tongue to give balanced sweetness which is not cloying. This is followed by a dry finish, surprising for ale of this strength.
