Red ales trace their roots back to Ireland, and were historically brewed with roasted barley, which gave the beer its red hue. Long Trail’s imperial version features traditional characteristics of the Red ale with the addition of an ample amount of hops and a higher grain bill that yields more sugars during the brew resulting in a higher ABV.
Centennial Red is brewed to celebrate 100 years of the oldest hiking trail in North America, the Long Trail. This ale features a slightly sweet malt flavor delicately balanced by the use of centennial hops. This bigger beer goes down smooth, please indulge with moderation.

Brewmaster Series Double IPA
Double IPA is part of the Brewmaster Series created by Long Trail. The Brewmaster Series is a series of limited release styles specially chosen by Long Trail’s Brewmaster to be brewed in small batches reflecting a variety of styles including Long Trail brewer favorites and experimental brews.
IPA’s originated in the 1700’s when England began to export ales to British troops in India. The original English IPA’s were heavily malted, had a higher ABV than Pale Ale, and were generously hopped which served as a preservative to help the beer last the long voyage from England to India. The Double IPA is a style that emerged in recent years from American craft brewers, otherwise known as an Imperial IPA for its enhanced flavor characteristics.
Double IPA is a full-flavored ale featuring a good malt backbone combined with an aroma brimming with tantalizing citrus and pine notes. It is a true reward to those seeking intensely sensual hop flavor.
This is a seasonal beer and is only available from April - July.

Belgian Witbiers were originally brewed in monasteries during the early 14th century. Belgian Witbier gets its name due to suspended yeast and wheat proteins which cause the beer to look hazy, or white, when cold. It is a descendant from those medieval beers which were not brewed with hops, but instead flavored and preserved with a blend of spices and other plants referred to as "gruit". It therefore still uses gruit, although nowadays the gruit consists mainly of coriander, orange, bitter orange, and hops. The taste is therefore only slightly hoppy.
Long Trail Double White is an unfiltered ale brewed with hints of coriander and orange peel. The soft notes of citrus and spice are topped with a light, fluffy head that finishes clean and crisp.
This is a seasonal beer and is only available from April - August.

Brewmaster Series Imperial Porter
Imperial Porter is part of the Brewmaster Series created by Long Trail. The Brewmaster Series is a series of limited release styles specially chosen by Long Trail’s Brewmaster to be brewed in small batches reflecting a variety of styles including Long Trail brewer favorites and experimental brews.
Porter originated in the 16th century and was a common term used to describe a dark beer, specifically a dark beer that was popular with the river porters of London. Porter shares a similar history with stout; both were used interchangeably until the term stout began to reference a porter of higher alcohol content. In recent years American breweries have embraced bigger beers with more complex flavors, one of the newest additions to the bigger beer category is Imperial Porter.
Long Trail Imperial Porter features a complex, darkly roasted malt flavor complimented by a thin, creamy head. The abundance of malt is balanced with a variety of hops, creating a clean finish. The recipe has been a homebrew secret for years that has been developed by one of Long Trail’s brewers. We are proud to present Long Trail Imperial Porter...Enjoy!

Pollenator

Pollenator
Originating in England, Pale Ales were created by brewers seeking a lighter alternative to Porters or Scotch Ales. Previously, brewers had roasted malt with wood which made it hard to maintain a consistent temperature often resulting in a dark roasted barley; however a breakthrough in the malting process allowed for a lighter roasted barley to be produced. A processed form of coal allowed brewers to keep a consistent temperature that yielded a lighter color barley thus brewing a lighter ale or pale ale.
Pollenator is a light bodied Pale Ale brewed in celebration of Long Trail’s 20 years of brewing award-winning hand crafted ales. Get Pollenated!
